Needlepoint Canvas: 12 Days of Christmas

I’ve been stitching the 12 Days of Christmas design and the hand-painted details are incredibly crisp, even on the 18 count canvas. The colors are vibrant enough that I’m already planning to turn this into a pillow instead of just a framed piece.

The 18-count mesh is firm enough that my needle glides without warping the stitches, and the hand-painting is so precise I barely need the chart. I've already started it as a pillow top and the festive detail is going to look stunning on our sofa this December.

The colors on this hand-painted canvas are so vibrant and precise—the paint stays exactly where it should, even on the 18-count mesh. I’m already planning to turn it into a pillow for my holiday guest room, and the design detail is just stunning up close.
