The 14-count aida fabric has a nice, even weave that makes counting stitches easy. I love that the wood embroidery hoop is included, so I didn't have to hunt for one. It's a charming, relaxing project for a rainy afternoon.

I finally sat down with this kit last weekend and the pre-sorted embroidery thread made it so easy to jump right in without any hassle. The wood hoop feels sturdy and holds the 14-count aida fabric tight.

The pattern is so clear and the 14-count aida fabric feels nice and sturdy under the needle. I’ve been stitching a little each evening after work, and the wood hoop keeps everything taut without slipping.
